How long does installation take?
A typical install takes 1.5 to 3 hours depending on table size, stair access, and whether you're adding a refelt. Most jobs are same-day.
Can you move a table upstairs or downstairs?
Yes. We move tables up and down stairs regularly. We disassemble everything first no slate is ever carried assembled. Let us know about stairs when you request your quote so we can plan the right crew size.
How often should I refelt my table?
Most residential tables need refelting every 3–5 years with regular play. Signs it's time: visible wear paths, pilling, thin spots, or tears. Commercial tables (bars, clubs) may need it more frequently.
Do you service tables you didn't sell?
Absolutely. We service all brands and all tables whether you bought it from us, another dealer, or got it secondhand. If it has slate, we can help.
