San Diego proper is our home base — we service every neighborhood from La Jolla and Pacific Beach on the coast, through Downtown, Hillcrest, North Park, Mission Valley and Clairemont, out to Tierrasanta, Scripps Ranch and Rancho Bernardo. Most San Diego jobs are dispatched same-day or next-day. We see a wide mix here: military families relocating in and out of Coronado and Point Loma, first-time buyers in Allied Gardens and Kensington who just bought a used table on Marketplace, and long-time owners in La Jolla and Del Mar who need a refelt after a decade of use. No distance surcharge on any job inside the San Diego city limits.

Chula Vista is the second largest city in the county and one of our busiest service areas. Between the booming master-planned communities in Eastlake, Otay Ranch and Millenia and the established neighborhoods around Bonita and the Southwestern College area, we run jobs here almost every week. A lot of Chula Vista customers are bilingual — we speak Spanish on every crew — and many are first-time table owners who found a great deal in Tijuana or on Marketplace and need the Concierge service to finish the project. Because Chula Vista is still within our Zone 1 radius, you pay base rates with no distance surcharge.

El Cajon is an East County stronghold for us. A lot of longtime homeowners here have had tables in their garages or game rooms for 15 to 25 years, which means El Cajon is heavy on refelts, cushion replacements and leveling jobs rather than new installs. We also see a steady flow of commercial work from sports bars, VFW halls, and local pool halls who want their tables tuned up before league season. If you're in Rancho San Diego, Crest, Granite Hills or Fletcher Hills, we've probably been down your street.

La Mesa sits in our backyard — only 13 miles from our SD base. We service the whole "Jewel of the Hills" regularly, from the older craftsman homes around the Village and Mt. Helix, out through Grossmont, Fletcher Hills and into the neighborhoods along Highway 94. Many La Mesa homes were built in the 1950s to 1970s, which means the game rooms are often downstairs basements or converted garages — we come with the right dollies, straps and tools for tight access. No surcharge, fast turnaround, and we know the area well.

Poway is one of our most consistent areas for high-end installs and refelts. It's known as "The City in the Country" and the houses reflect it — large homes, big game rooms, and customers who want things done right the first time. A lot of our Poway work is full-package stuff: 9ft tournament-size tables, Simonis 860 cloth upgrades, Centennial ball sets, and sometimes a shuffleboard or poker table added to the same booking. We also work with several Poway real estate agents on pre-listing tune-ups, because a clean, level pool table staged in a game room helps sell the house.

San Marcos is a strong mix of college families (CSUSM, Palomar) and newer master-planned developments in San Elijo Hills and Lake San Marcos. We see a lot of first-time table buyers here — people who finally got their forever home and want to finish the game room. San Marcos is in our Zone 2 area, so there's a $75 distance surcharge on top of the base rate, but we bundle jobs in the North County area whenever possible and we can often time your appointment with another job nearby to save time for everyone.

Escondido has been a steady pocket of work since we started — especially in the neighborhoods around Lake Hodges, Hidden Meadows and the large-lot properties in North Escondido. Many Escondido homes have real game rooms or converted outbuildings with pool tables that need attention every 4 to 6 years. We also handle a lot of Escondido ranch-property jobs where the table is in a detached casita or pool house — we bring everything we need in one trip so we're not running back to the truck. Zone 2 applies.

Vista is our gateway to the North County inland market. A lot of our Vista customers are recent retirees who finally have space for a real pool table, plus a steady stream of Camp Pendleton-adjacent military families. Vista has a lot of 1980s and 1990s tract homes with 7ft and 8ft tables that need their first refelt ever — we bring 20+ cloth colors on every Vista job so you can pick something on the spot. Zone 2 distance applies, same as the rest of the North County inland area.

Oceanside is our northernmost major city and one of the highest-volume military markets in the country because of Camp Pendleton. We handle a lot of PCS move-in and move-out jobs for Marines and Navy families, and we're familiar with the base logistics — we can provide COIs and we know the access points. Oceanside also has a growing beachfront condo community where humidity is hard on felt, so refelt jobs are common. Zone 2 applies.

Carlsbad is one of our favorite areas — a coastal community with beautiful game rooms in neighborhoods like La Costa, Aviara, Calavera Hills, and Bressi Ranch. A lot of Carlsbad homes are newer builds with clean, spacious rooms that make for textbook installs. We also see refelt work in older Olde Carlsbad bungalows and slate leveling in homes where the tile or hardwood has shifted over time. Zone 2 distance applies.

Encinitas game rooms tend to be a design-forward crowd — we see a lot of custom stains, premium cloth colors (burgundy, slate gray, navy), and tables that are as much furniture as they are play surfaces. The communities of Olivenhain, Leucadia, Cardiff, and Old Encinitas each have their own personality, and we've learned the access quirks of every winding coastal street in the area. Most Encinitas jobs are refelts and premium installs rather than simple moves. Zone 2 distance applies.
