- Contact forms & quotes: Name, phone number, email address, and service details when you request a quote, schedule a service, or contact us.
- Chat messages: Conversations with our AI assistant Ace, including any photos you share for table identification or quotes.
- Orders & invoices: Billing information, service address, and payment details when you purchase tables or services.
- Partner inquiries: Business name, contact info, and partnership details submitted through our partner form.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, time on site, device type). This data is anonymized and aggregated.
- Cookies: Basic cookies for site functionality and analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.
- Device info: Browser type, operating system, and screen size for optimizing your experience.
- Do Not Track: We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. However, we do not track you across third-party websites and do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We never sell your data
Your personal information is never sold, rented, or traded to third parties for marketing purposes. Period.
SMS opt-in data: All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Phone numbers collected for SMS communication are used only by Billiard Home and are not shared with affiliates, marketers, or any other third parties for promotional purposes.
Limited sharing with service providers
We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business:
- Supabase - secure database hosting for customer records and inventory
- Resend - transactional email delivery (invoices, confirmations)
- OpenPhone - business phone and SMS communication
- Google Analytics - anonymized website traffic analysis
- Netlify - website hosting and form submissions
Security measures
All data is transmitted over HTTPS encryption. Our database uses row-level security policies. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized team members only. We regularly review our security practices to protect your information.
SMS & Communications
Text messages
If you opt in to receive text messages from Billiard Home, we may send you:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service updates (e.g., "on the way" notifications)
- Invoice and payment receipts
- Follow-up messages related to your inquiry
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. We will never send marketing texts without your prior consent.
Email communications
We send transactional emails only: quotes, invoices, appointment confirmations, and direct responses to your inquiries. We do not send marketing or promotional email blasts. You may request to stop receiving emails at any time by contacting us.
Data Retention
- Customer records: We retain your contact information and service history for as long as necessary to fulfill our services, maintain warranty obligations, and comply with legal requirements (typically up to 7 years for tax/business records).
- Chat conversations: Conversations with our AI assistant Ace are not stored persistently. They exist only during your browser session and are cleared when you close or refresh the page.
- Deletion requests: You may request deletion of your personal data at any time. We will process your request within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Your Rights
Under California privacy law (CCPA), you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information from our records.
- Correction: Request that we correct any inaccurate information.
- Opt-out: Opt out of any promotional communications at any time. Reply STOP to any text message or contact us to unsubscribe from emails.
- Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
