Zone 3

Anaheim is one of our most active North OC markets. Between the older neighborhoods around Anaheim Hills, the family-heavy tract homes near the Platinum Triangle, and the steady work in Anaheim proper, we see a mix of everything — first-time buyers, Disney employees moving into their first house, retirees downsizing into condos, and commercial accounts in the hotel corridor. Anaheim Hills has some hillside access challenges which we handle regularly. Zone 3 pricing applies; batched with LA runs when possible.

Irvine is one of our highest-volume OC cities and also one of the most structured — almost every job involves an HOA, a gated community, or a master-planned village with its own access rules. We're used to it. Woodbridge, Turtle Rock, Northwood, Quail Hill, Portola Springs, Stonegate, Great Park — we know the quirks of each. Irvine is heavy on new-table installs because of the constant new construction, but we also handle a lot of condo-unit refelts and relocations when UCI grads and tech families move in and out.

Santa Ana is one of our bilingual hotspots — many of our Santa Ana customers prefer Spanish and we have Spanish-speaking crew on every job. Surf City is a consistent beachfront market for us. Newport Beach is where we see the highest concentration of premium installs. Newport Coast, Corona del Mar, Crystal Cove, Pelican Hill, Shady Canyon, Big Canyon — these are 9ft tournament tables, Brunswick Gold Crown VI editions, custom cloth colors, Simonis 860 or 960 upgrades, and delivery windows negotiated through property managers. Mission Viejo & South OC

Zone 2 • Closer to SD

Mission Viejo and the rest of South OC (Lake Forest, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Hills, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano) are our closest OC communities — which is why they get Zone 2 pricing instead of Zone 3. It's a well-established, family-heavy area with lots of long-term homeowners, HOAs with pool table rooms in their clubhouses, and beautiful master-planned neighborhoods. South OC is often a same-week booking for us because of the shorter drive from San Diego.

How much does pool table moving cost in OC?

Flat-rate: $420 (7ft), $460 (8ft), $500 (9ft). South OC cities get Zone 2 pricing (+$100) because they're closer to our SD base. North and Central OC (Anaheim, Irvine, Santa Ana) get Zone 3 pricing (+$150). Stairs +$50/flight.

Do you handle HOA and gated community access?

Yes. We're experienced with HOA requirements in Woodbridge, Turtle Rock, Newport Coast, Coto de Caza, Shady Canyon, and the rest. We provide COIs, schedule gate clearances ahead of time, and follow any HOA work-hour rules. Gate/HOA access reservation adds $50 when required.

Can you service Irvine apartments and condos?

Yes. We do a lot of Irvine Company and Essex apartment installs. If your building requires a COI we can provide one within 24 hours. Let us know at booking time so it's ready before the job.

Do you work on Newport Coast and Shady Canyon estates?

Absolutely. Some of our longest customer relationships are in Newport Coast, Crystal Cove, Shady Canyon, and Big Canyon. We handle guarded-gate entry, property manager coordination, premium table brands, and recurring maintenance contracts.
