Pool Table Services Across Phoenix Metro

One team, one flat-rate sheet, every major Valley city. We service the entire Phoenix metro area — from Downtown and Paradise Valley through Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and Glendale. Unlike companies that ship in from out of state, we understand what Arizona's climate does to pool tables: the 115°F summer garage heat, the monsoon humidity swings, the dust that creeps into rails and cushions. Every tool and technique we use is adapted for the Valley.

Why Phoenix Tables Need More Frequent Service

Arizona has the harshest climate for pool tables in the continental US. Summer garage temperatures routinely hit 115°F to 125°F, which dries out felt fibers, warps rail rubber (K-66 cushions), cracks the beeswax seams between slate pieces, and expands the metal bolts that hold the frame together. Add monsoon humidity swings in July-September, and tables play great in October but dead by April if they're not maintained. Our recommendation for Phoenix: full tune-up every 2 to 3 years (vs 5 to 7 in milder climates), refelt every 4 to 5 years, and cushion replacement when rails start losing their bounce.

Cities We Serve in Phoenix Metro

Seven major cities covering the entire Valley of the Sun. Pricing is the same in every city — we don't add distance surcharges within Phoenix Metro.

Phoenix

Metro core • No distance surcharge

Flat rate

Phoenix proper is the heart of the Valley. We service every neighborhood from Downtown, Midtown, Roosevelt Row and Arcadia, out through Biltmore, Arcadia, Camelback East, Ahwatukee, Deer Valley, North Phoenix, Laveen and Maryvale. A lot of Phoenix customers are long-term homeowners with tables that have survived 15 to 20 Arizona summers — these tables usually need a full rebuild: cushion replacement, slate re-seating, refelt with heat-resistant cloth, and new beeswax on the seams. We also see steady new-build installs in North Phoenix and Laveen as those areas continue to grow.

Common Phoenix jobs:
  • • 15-20 year old table full rebuilds
  • • Biltmore and Arcadia estate refelts
  • • Downtown loft and high-rise condo installs
  • • North Phoenix and Laveen new-build setups
Neighborhoods served:

Downtown, Midtown, Roosevelt Row, Arcadia, Biltmore, Camelback East, Ahwatukee, Deer Valley, North Phoenix, Paradise Valley border, Sunnyslope, Laveen, Maryvale, Estrella, Desert Ridge, Moon Valley.

Scottsdale

Guard-gated community specialists • ~15 miles from Phoenix

Flat rate

Scottsdale is the high-end market in the Valley. DC Ranch, Troon, Silverleaf, Estancia, Desert Mountain, Grayhawk, Gainey Ranch — guard-gated communities with stunning homes and game rooms that often contain the best tables we see anywhere. We handle HOA and gate coordination, provide COIs on request, and work with property managers for estates that need access approvals. Scottsdale tables are usually 9ft tournament-grade Brunswicks or Olhausens, often with Simonis 860 cloth, premium ball sets, and custom leather cues. This is our most upscale Arizona work.

Common Scottsdale jobs:
  • • Guard-gated community access coordination
  • • 9ft tournament-grade premium installs
  • • Simonis 860 cloth upgrades
  • • Estate home multi-table game rooms
Neighborhoods served:

Mesa

East Valley anchor • ~20 miles from Phoenix

Flat rate

Mesa is the biggest East Valley city and one of our most consistent markets. We see everything from first-time install jobs in younger East Mesa subdivisions like Las Sendas and Superstition Springs, to serious refelt and restoration work on older Red Mountain and Dobson Ranch homes. Mesa has a big retiree community, so we handle a lot of tables that were brought from out of state (frequently Minnesota, Michigan and Illinois "snowbirds") and need to be acclimated to the Arizona climate. We also service Apache Junction and Queen Creek from the Mesa area.

Common Mesa jobs:
  • • Snowbird out-of-state table acclimation
  • • Las Sendas and Superstition Springs new installs
  • • Red Mountain older home refelts
  • • Apache Junction and Queen Creek service
Neighborhoods served:

Las Sendas, Superstition Springs, Red Mountain, Dobson Ranch, Augusta Ranch, East Mesa, West Mesa, North Mesa, Leisure World, Sunland Village, Eastmark, Cadence.

Chandler

Tech corridor • ~25 miles from Phoenix

Flat rate

Chandler is the tech hub of the East Valley — Intel, Microchip, PayPal, GoDaddy, and dozens of others have major offices here. That means lots of relocating tech professionals, first-home buyers, and dual-income families who can afford nice tables. Most of our Chandler jobs are new-table installs in newer master-planned communities like Ocotillo, Fulton Ranch, Sun Lakes, and The Vineyards. Chandler also has a growing gaming culture with several commercial esports lounges and bars that run league pool nights. Family-heavy, well-maintained, and relatively low on repair jobs compared to the older cities.

Common Chandler jobs:
  • • Tech professional first-home installs
  • • Ocotillo and Fulton Ranch new-builds
  • • Sun Lakes retirement community service
  • • Commercial bar and esports lounge work
Neighborhoods served:

Ocotillo, Fulton Ranch, Sun Lakes, The Vineyards, Chandler Heights, Cooper Commons, Pecos Ranch, Andersen Springs, Valencia, Legacy, Clemente Ranch.

Tempe

ASU & apartment market • ~10 miles from Phoenix

Flat rate

Tempe is dominated by ASU (Arizona State University) and has a very different market than the rest of the Valley. We see a lot of high-rise condo installs in the Mill Avenue area, apartment building game rooms, Greek life house tables for fraternities and sororities, and ASU faculty family homes in the older neighborhoods around the university. Tempe commercial work is heavy — sports bars, college bars, and hotel game rooms near the stadium. COIs are common for buildings around downtown Tempe. Tempe residential customers tend to be more price-sensitive than Scottsdale, so we often recommend basic refelts and tune-ups rather than full rebuilds.

Common Tempe jobs:
  • • ASU Greek life and fraternity house tables
  • • Downtown Tempe high-rise condo installs
  • • Stadium-district sports bar commercial work
  • • Faculty family home installations
Neighborhoods served:

Mill Avenue, Downtown Tempe, Maple Ash, Hudson Manor, Rio Salado, Lakes, McClintock, Warner Ranch, The Lakes, Arizona Mills area, Tempe Marketplace.

Gilbert

Family suburb • ~25 miles from Phoenix

Flat rate

Gilbert has been one of the fastest-growing cities in America for a decade and is packed with newer master-planned neighborhoods. That means tons of first-time installs in Seville, Morrison Ranch, Agritopia, Val Vista Lakes, Power Ranch, and the newer areas along the 202 freeway. Gilbert families tend to entertain at home, so dedicated game rooms are common, and we see a lot of bundled jobs (install + bar stools + accessories + occasional poker table). We also get a steady flow of second-home installs for California families who bought vacation properties in Gilbert.

Common Gilbert jobs:
  • • Seville and Morrison Ranch new-build installs
  • • Agritopia and Power Ranch family setups
  • • California second-home vacation deliveries
  • • Bundled install + accessories packages
Neighborhoods served:

Seville, Morrison Ranch, Agritopia, Val Vista Lakes, Power Ranch, Cooley Station, Shamrock Estates, Layton Lakes, Gilbert Heritage, Higley Groves, Greenfield Lakes.

Glendale AZ

West Valley & Olhausen HQ city • ~15 miles from Phoenix

Flat rate

Glendale Arizona (not to be confused with Glendale California) is the anchor of the West Valley and has a special distinction: Olhausen Billiards is headquartered here. That means a disproportionate number of Glendale homes have Olhausen tables, often with lifetime owner warranties we can work with. We service the entire West Valley from Glendale itself — Peoria, Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, Goodyear, Avondale, Buckeye, El Mirage. The West Valley is more price-sensitive than Scottsdale but has a big retiree/snowbird population with beautiful game rooms that need regular tune-ups.

Common Glendale jobs:
  • • Olhausen warranty and service work
  • • Sun City and Sun City West retiree refelts
  • • Peoria and Surprise family installs
  • • West Valley commercial sports bar work

Phoenix Metro Pool Table Services FAQ

How much does pool table moving cost in Phoenix?

Flat-rate: $400 (7ft), $440 (8ft), $480 (9ft). No distance surcharges within Phoenix Metro — Gilbert costs the same as Downtown Phoenix. Stairs add $40 per flight. No hourly charges.

Does Arizona heat really damage pool tables?

Yes — significantly. Garage temperatures of 115°F+ dry out felt fibers, warp K-66 rubber in the cushions, crack beeswax seams, and expand the metal bolts holding the frame. Phoenix tables need maintenance every 2 to 3 years instead of 5+ years like milder climates. If your table is in a garage game room, it's working much harder than a climate-controlled indoor table.

What about monsoon-season humidity?

Phoenix monsoons (July-September) bring humidity swings from 15% to 60%+ in a few hours. Felt absorbs moisture, swells, then shrinks unevenly when the air dries. This creates ripples and slow spots. If your table plays great in spring but dead by fall, a post-monsoon re-stretch ($145) or full refelt will bring it back to life.

Can you service DC Ranch, Troon, and other guard-gated communities?

Yes. We regularly work in DC Ranch, Troon, Silverleaf, Estancia, Desert Mountain, Grayhawk, Gainey Ranch, and other guard-gated Scottsdale and North Phoenix communities. We provide Certificates of Insurance (COIs) on request and can coordinate with gate security ahead of time. COI access adds $50.

Do you work on Olhausen tables?

Absolutely — Olhausen is headquartered in Glendale AZ and is one of the most common brands in Phoenix Metro homes. We know the full Olhausen lineup (Innsbruck, Americana, Augusta, Belmont, etc.) and work with their lifetime warranty service when applicable.

Can you acclimate a pool table brought from out of state?

Yes — this is one of our specialties for Mesa, Sun City, and other snowbird areas. Tables shipped from Minnesota, Michigan, Illinois, or other humid climates need a specific process: full tear-down, 48-hour acclimation period, fresh felt with heat-resistant stretch, new beeswax on the seams, and precision re-leveling. We recommend waiting 2 to 4 weeks after delivery before we do the install so the wood can adjust.

How fast can you schedule?

48 to 72 hours for most jobs. Peak season (October-April when snowbirds arrive) books 3 to 5 days out. Summer is often same-day or next-day due to lower demand. Rush booking +$75 when we have an opening.

Do you service commercial accounts?

Yes. We work with bars, breweries, resorts, country clubs, HOA clubhouses, and sports venues throughout Phoenix Metro. Commercial pricing is custom — contact us for a volume quote based on table count and service frequency.

Do you bundle services for a discount?

Yes. 2 services −$50, 3 services −$75, 4+ services −$100. The most popular Phoenix combo is refelt + level + tune-up, often paired with cushion replacement on tables that have suffered from years of desert heat.

What's the warranty?

Every job is backed by our 90-day warranty. If anything shifts, unlevels, wrinkles, or loosens within 90 days of service, we come back and fix it at no charge. Arizona tables are hard on parts, but our work is built to handle it.
