Pool Table Services Across Denver Metro
Denver has more finished basement game rooms than anywhere else in our service area — which means we're specialists in tight staircase access, low-ceiling basement installs, and the annual releveling that Colorado's freeze-thaw cycles demand. We service Denver proper plus Aurora, Lakewood, Boulder, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, and Centennial with flat-rate pricing and no distance surcharges within the metro.
Why Denver Tables Need Annual Re-Leveling
Colorado's freeze-thaw cycle is rough on house foundations, and finished basements especially. When winter frost penetrates 3-5 feet into the ground and then thaws in spring, the concrete slab your basement game room sits on literally moves. We've seen tables drift out of level by as much as 1/4" in a single season. Combine that with Denver's dry winter air (humidity drops below 20% with furnace heat) drying out felt to the point of cracking, and Colorado tables need more consistent tune-ups than almost any other market. Our Denver recommendation: schedule a spring releveling every April or May, and humidify your game room (or the table) during winter months. Our annual re-level service is $145 and takes about 90 minutes.

Cities We Serve in Denver Metro
Denver
Metro core · Mile High City
Denver proper has the highest concentration of basement game rooms we've ever seen. Washington Park, Cherry Creek, Hilltop, Crestmoor, Park Hill, Platt Park, and Observatory Park are packed with historic brick homes featuring finished basements that become game rooms. We handle a lot of full-basement installs here — including carrying slate down tight 1920s staircases — plus refelts and tune-ups on tables that have been in the same basement for 30+ years. Denver's cultural scene (LoDo, RiNo, Cherry Creek) gives us steady commercial work for breweries, distilleries, and bars.
- • Historic basement game room installs (Wash Park, Cherry Creek)
- • Multi-generational table refelts and restorations
- • LoDo and RiNo loft/condo installs
- • Brewery and distillery commercial work

Aurora
East Metro · Buckley Space Force Base area
Aurora is the third-largest city in Colorado and one of the most diverse. We see a heavy mix of first-time installs from young families in the eastern Aurora growth corridor (Tallyn's Reach, Southshore, Saddle Rock), military PCS moves in and out of Buckley Space Force Base, and established home refelts in the older Aurora Hills and Heather Gardens communities. We're experienced with Buckley base housing requirements and can provide COIs and gate coordination.

Lakewood
West Metro gateway to the foothills
Lakewood is our West Metro anchor and the gateway to the foothills. Bear Creek, Green Mountain, Belmar, and the newer Lakewood Ranch communities give us a good mix of jobs. We also service the mountain-edge communities like Morrison, Evergreen, and Golden from the Lakewood area — these homes often have amazing game rooms with views of the foothills, but the winding mountain roads add logistical complexity we plan for in advance.
- • Bear Creek and Green Mountain family installs
- • Belmar condo and townhome setups
- • Morrison and Evergreen mountain-home service
- • Golden historic home refelts
Bear Creek, Green Mountain, Belmar, Applewood, Carmody, Kipling, Wheat Ridge, Morrison, Evergreen, Golden, Ken Caryl, Federal Heights.
Boulder
~30 mi NW of Denver · +$50 distance
Boulder is the tech and academic hub of Colorado — CU Boulder, Google's Boulder campus, and an army of startups. We see a lot of young-tech-professional installs in North Boulder and the newer developments east of the city, plus higher-end estate work in the Mapleton Hill and Chautauqua neighborhoods. Boulder customers tend to be environmentally-conscious and often want sustainable wool felt or reclaimed-wood tables. Because Boulder is about 30 miles from Denver, a $50 distance surcharge applies.
- • Google / tech professional first-home installs
- • CU faculty family game rooms
- • Mapleton Hill historic home refelts
- • Sustainable / eco-friendly cloth upgrades
Mapleton Hill, Chautauqua, North Boulder, East Boulder, Table Mesa, South Boulder, Martin Acres, Gunbarrel, Niwot, Longmont border, Louisville, Superior.
Highlands Ranch
South Metro master-planned community
Highlands Ranch is one of the largest master-planned communities in America — 100,000+ residents in newer homes with dedicated basement game rooms almost by default. Our Highlands Ranch work is ~80% installation (new tables in new basements) and ~20% maintenance for owners who've been here 10+ years. The HOA is strict about work hours and access, and we're well-versed in their requirements.
- • New basement game room installs (Backcountry, Westridge)
- • HOA-compliant scheduling and access
- • Multi-table entertainment room builds
- • Annual freeze-thaw re-levels
Backcountry, Westridge, Eastridge, Northridge, Southridge, Highlands Ranch Mansion area, Copperleaf, Saddle Ridge, Indigo Ranch.
Littleton
SW Denver Metro suburb
Littleton is a mix of Historic Downtown (which feels like a 1900s mountain town), newer suburban subdivisions, and the upscale Columbine country club area. We see a steady flow of basement installs in newer Ken Caryl and Roxborough Park homes, refelts on older Columbine and Bow Mar estate tables, and commercial work at the Breckenridge Brewery and other Littleton breweries.

Centennial
South Metro family suburb
Centennial is a family-friendly suburb with good schools, well-maintained neighborhoods, and a very high rate of finished basements. Our Centennial work is heavily installation-focused — parents finally getting the game room they always wanted once the kids are old enough to not damage a slate table. Heritage Greens, Foxridge, The Preserve, and Willow Creek are our most active neighborhoods here.
- • Heritage Greens and Foxridge basement installs
- • Family "finally got the game room" setups
- • Bundled install + accessories packages
- • Annual tune-ups for long-owned tables

Denver Metro FAQ
Does altitude affect pool tables?
Not directly — slate is slate at any elevation. But Colorado's extreme temperature swings, low winter humidity, and freeze/thaw foundation cycles all indirectly affect your table much more than altitude. The real issue is dryness. Low humidity in winter dries felt fibers until they crack. Keep your game room humidified to 40-50% if possible.
Can you carry a table down narrow 1920s basement stairs?
Yes — this is our specialty. Denver has more finished basement game rooms than anywhere we service, and we've developed techniques for tight 1920s staircases, low ceilings, and narrow landings. We ask for photos of the access path upfront so we can bring the right crew size and dolly setup.
Why does my Denver table need annual releveling?
Colorado's freeze-thaw cycle shifts concrete slabs in basements (and sometimes upstairs floors too). It's not your fault, and it's not a defect — it's just what happens when ground freezes and thaws 5-10 times between November and April. We offer a $145 annual spring releveling service that takes about 90 minutes and brings your table back to tournament-perfect level.
Do you service Buckley Space Force Base housing?
Yes. We work with military families at Buckley SFB, Peterson Space Force Base (Colorado Springs), Schriever SFB, and the Air Force Academy. COIs available within 24 hours and we're familiar with PCS move-out timing requirements.
How fast can you schedule?
48 to 72 hours for most Denver Metro jobs. Peak season (April-June for spring releveling, November-December for holiday installs) books 3 to 5 days out. Rush +$75.
Do you service the mountain communities (Evergreen, Summit, Vail)?
Evergreen and Morrison yes, from our Lakewood routing (+$75 mountain distance). Summit County (Breckenridge, Keystone, Frisco) and Vail are special-trip requests with custom pricing due to travel distance and weather risk. Contact us for a quote.
