Denver proper has the highest concentration of basement game rooms we've ever seen. Washington Park, Cherry Creek, Hilltop, Crestmoor, Park Hill, Platt Park, and Observatory Park are packed with historic brick homes featuring finished basements that become game rooms. We handle a lot of full-basement installs here — including carrying slate down tight 1920s staircases — plus refelts and tune-ups on tables that have been in the same basement for 30+ years. Denver's cultural scene (LoDo, RiNo, Cherry Creek) gives us steady commercial work for breweries, distilleries, and bars.

Aurora is the third-largest city in Colorado and one of the most diverse. We see a heavy mix of first-time installs from young families in the eastern Aurora growth corridor (Tallyn's Reach, Southshore, Saddle Rock), military PCS moves in and out of Buckley Space Force Base, and established home refelts in the older Aurora Hills and Heather Gardens communities. We're experienced with Buckley base housing requirements and can provide COIs and gate coordination.

Lakewood is our West Metro anchor and the gateway to the foothills. Bear Creek, Green Mountain, Belmar, and the newer Lakewood Ranch communities give us a good mix of jobs. We also service the mountain-edge communities like Morrison, Evergreen, and Golden from the Lakewood area — these homes often have amazing game rooms with views of the foothills, but the winding mountain roads add logistical complexity we plan for in advance.

Boulder is the tech and academic hub of Colorado — CU Boulder, Google's Boulder campus, and an army of startups. We see a lot of young-tech-professional installs in North Boulder and the newer developments east of the city, plus higher-end estate work in the Mapleton Hill and Chautauqua neighborhoods. Boulder customers tend to be environmentally-conscious and often want sustainable wool felt or reclaimed-wood tables. Because Boulder is about 30 miles from Denver, a $50 distance surcharge applies.

Highlands Ranch is one of the largest master-planned communities in America — 100,000+ residents in newer homes with dedicated basement game rooms almost by default. Our Highlands Ranch work is ~80% installation (new tables in new basements) and ~20% maintenance for owners who've been here 10+ years. The HOA is strict about work hours and access, and we're well-versed in their requirements.

Littleton is a mix of Historic Downtown (which feels like a 1900s mountain town), newer suburban subdivisions, and the upscale Columbine country club area. We see a steady flow of basement installs in newer Ken Caryl and Roxborough Park homes, refelts on older Columbine and Bow Mar estate tables, and commercial work at the Breckenridge Brewery and other Littleton breweries.

Centennial is a family-friendly suburb with good schools, well-maintained neighborhoods, and a very high rate of finished basements. Our Centennial work is heavily installation-focused — parents finally getting the game room they always wanted once the kids are old enough to not damage a slate table. Heritage Greens, Foxridge, The Preserve, and Willow Creek are our most active neighborhoods here.
